What is SUP?
SUP stands for Stand Up Paddleboard. It is an off shoot of Surfing that originated in Hawaii. Unlike Surfing where the rider sits until the wave comes, Stand Up Paddleboarders stand on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water. It is a fun activity that anyone can enjoy.

Our Tours are including Native English speaking Instructor and free photos with the added extra of 'Tour Memory' video. We have different packages to suit all levels and abilities and can customise to suit your needs. Lifejackets are included.

PROGRAM: SUP Experience

SUP River Cruise
Starting outside ANA HOTEL in Aoshima, Miyazaki. An easy option for all the family without any experience. We will cruise up the river enjoying the scenery as we enter into a Jungle adventure.
1 Hour Course

Aoshima Ocean
Starting from ANA HOTEL in Aoshima we will head to the Beach for Introduction and get a feeling of how we are in the water. Depending on experience and comfort we can make our way towards Aoshima island.
2 Hour Course

Futo Beach
The Local beach. Probably one of the most beautiful unknown beaches only 20 minutes away from Aoshima. Learn to SUP in a beautiful area away from all the people. Both for experienced and inexperienced.
